They gave us very bad experience I asked them for just one hour extra for some reason..they denied Receptionist was very stubborn..just hate them Dont try

We recently stayed here for almost a week for swim competitions and absolutely loved the stay . The hospitality was awesome . They really accommodated our wishes and made sure that the stay was comfortable . The hygiene was on point and the food was perfect . If ever you are in Khandwa , this is the place to be .

Nice Comfortable Stay At Castle Inn we got decent room (suit) with all comforts. The hygiene was good & staff was courteous. Food quality at the hotel was good— nothing out of the world, it could be better given the pricing. All in all, I had a comfortable stay & would recommend people visiting Khandwa to try it out.

Very nice service, entire staff including the receptionist, service guys, security guards all of them were very welcoming and hospitality, food, cleanliness & hygiene was top notch, pretty much like a good 3-4 star hotel. If anyone travelling to Khandwa should definitely prefer to stay here.
