Hotel Raj Palace

Location is excellent and rooms are well maintained. Staffs were also very helpful. If you have a bigger vehicle, you need to park it at Kamini gate parking only when there is rush. Getting food is also a challenge as only one or two restaurants are available. But the place is awesome to spend some time . Both fort and river are at 2 mins walking distance so overall very good stay.

Visited with family and had a comfortable stay. Property is well maintained, clean and hygienic. Location is excellent - a stone's throw from rajrajeshwar temple, ahilya fort and narmada ghat. Ample parking space available for 4-wheeler. Food is not offered in-house (already mentioned in advt) but decent eateries nearby. Overall impressed with the warmth and hospitality of staff.

I had a good stay at this Hotel Raj Palace . The rooms are clean and neat, though the washroom is a bit small but well maintained. The location is excellent — Maheshwar Ghat and Raj Rajeshwar Temple are nearby, and shopping options are easily accessible. The overall experience was comfortable, and food is also available nearby even at night. A good choice for a pleasant stay.

I stayed in this Hotel Raj Palace from 28.09.25 to 01.10.25. I was impressed by the behaviour of the staff.The Hotel Raj Palace was clean and very near to Mahakal Mandir.The staff of this Hotel Raj Palace helped us throughout our stay.I want to visit again Ujjain and stay in this Hotel Raj Palace for the cordial behaviour of the staff.

We had an excellent stay. The receptionist talked quite politely and ensured our initial staying arrangement. The Hotel Raj Palace is just on the bank of Narmada river. The Hotel Raj Palace owner stays nearby only and do take homely care. He also ensured our Temple visit and Abhishek provision. My respects

The location is perfect. Right next to the temple. One can hear temple bells and aarti. Rooms have balcony option and are facing river. This improves the stay option. The only issue is that rooms are bit small and so are the toilets. However, given the location, this can be passed. Staff is also very polite.

Hotel is inside the fort premises. River view room was excellent and comfortable. Mr. Sagar our host was very courteous and guided us for the sightseeing places and purchasing of maheshwar sarees. Food from home-cooked punjabi dishes were room delivered and tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay in raj palace

Our stay at Raj Palace,Maheshwar was excellent. Mr. Sagar, the owner was very polite and helpful who guided us for sightseeing and shopping. River view room was awesome with all the facilities. It's inside the fort, so visiting the Palace, temples and the Narmada ghat was easily accessible.

I had a decent stay here. The location is great since it’s within walkable distance to all the attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. The owner was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
