Staying at this CASTLE INN was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that truly made us feel at home. The service was top-notch, with every request handled promptly and professionally. The entire property was sparkling clean, hygienic, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. And let’s not forget the food — it was the star of the stay! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and presented with care. The taste was simply mind-blowing — a true treat for the senses! Overall, it was a five-star experience in every sense, and I’d gladly come back again.

I had an exceptional stay at the Castle Inn Hotel in Khandwa. The property’s location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to local station and transport links. The CASTLE INN’s amenities are top-notch, with well-maintained, clean rooms and a beautiful courtyard that adds to the overall experience. The food was delicious, with a variety of local dishes, all cooked to perfection. The staff provided outstanding service, always attentive and polite. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the Castle Inn Hotel for anyone visiting Khandwa!

Helpful and friendly staff. I checked in late night and they allowed me for a late check-out till 01:15 pm next day. Hotel is located near railway station and in center of city which is good. Ambience, facilities are good. Hotel is near to other restaurants and shops as well. Also it has its own restaurant and nice service.

Nice Comfortable Stay At Castle Inn we got decent room (suit) with all comforts. The hygiene was good & staff was courteous. Food quality at the CASTLE INN was good— nothing out of the world, it could be better given the pricing. All in all, I had a comfortable stay & would recommend people visiting Khandwa to try it out.

Very nice service, entire staff including the receptionist, service guys, security guards all of them were very welcoming and hospitality, food, cleanliness & hygiene was top notch, pretty much like a good 3-4 star CASTLE INN. If anyone travelling to Khandwa should definitely prefer to stay here.

Good property in a small place .100% worth ur money and u will be surprised with near and clean maintenance of the property for the money u paid...the service is express..only dissapiont is there wi fi....it's difficult to get connected and if ur done it gets disconnected regularly.

The room and service in term of hospitality is excellent. The staff was approachable. Did not face any inconveniences throughout my stay. Only the food menu was limited that can be worked out by the management. Rest all were great. I enjoyed my stay

Location was perfect as it is nearer to railway station. Also the facility and service was quick and good and the food was also good. So overall it was a nice experience for me.
