The villa was not as good as shown in the pictures. Very poorly maintained. The speaker system didnt work, the pool was dirty, the tv was barely working.

The place was good and every thing was very smooth. The only thing I didn't like is whenever I called the owner of the place he never pickup the call and note even a single text massages. hotel unable to tracs and given location also frud why to pay me and my family facing issue yesterday and manager also doesn't responding calls and we connect to our team thay also unable to answer already I have raised email yesterday for refund Pls help on this need to refund

It was cozy with clean interior!!!

We really had a hard time at the property. The property location was good. The pool was good. The space was good, but we faced major issues. One of them was the air conditioner in one of the room. It wasn’t working. The caretaker was not available at most of the time. but he was present at the time of checkout, but not present at the time of check-in. No instructions mentioned about the print and self check-in. The host was not available called almost 7 to 10 times. There was no water. Also, this was my first experience, so horrible with Stellar stays I never had faced such a issue, but it was really not fair to have a basic requirements when it is clearly mentioned about all the amenities, and we are really disappointed, might book again with Stellar stays again

Stay was good and comfortable, but need to work on AC. AC is not working properly.

we have not stayed there for a single minute.. The pool has a bad smell. The rooms are okay but do not look fresh.. very disappointed.. there are no amenities and service at all... We decided not to stay there.. waste of money.. the booking amount is non refundable..

Bedroom cupboard was full of untidy used blankets with foul smell and pool needs proper filteration

Not perfect but above average, After checkin there is no electricity till 3:30 pm in villa due to that We are unable to use the washroom as there is no water in the villa and water supply was off due to electricity. Overall stay in this price range of 4k-5k is excellent. But in my opinion choosing stellar stays is great option. Already visited there villas 5-6 different villas. But this is an average for group of four.

The property owner didnt respond at all we need to cancel the booking and the replacement property was also terrible swimming pool was stinky eye were getting itchy cant swim at all bed were uncomfortable

Property location amenities were very good they had almost everything setup like a home very safe and secure environment pool is just inside the villa enjoyed alot

Hed so much of fun good ambiance swimming pool was clean rooms were also clean only one this is that water was leaking form the roof.

Pathetic experience. Issues: 1. Very poorly maintained property 2. No cleanliness 3. Blanket with stain (clearly means its a reused blanket) 4. Broken ac (tapes have been used) 5. Garbage of the previous guests is still in the kitchen 6. No wifi connection in a poor network area 7. Bathrooms door dont get locked properly. Requesting you to give us a refund or provide us another booking as it is my moms 63rd birthday. Also, the pictures are old and are not in sync with the reality of the property. Please look into this matter. And the stella property guys dont pick up calls. And havent replied to my whatsapp msgs. Have just read and not replied to it. And the caretaker has also switched off his phone. Neither stellar property is taking up the ownership of all the inconveniences caused to my family on a birthday occasion.

Photos & actual villa has a huge difference when it comes to cleanliness, pool side area is not hygienic. Even tho the pool has shed on top still the water leaks

The pool was dirty and had some weird foamy bubbles in it. The home was full with big cockroaches especially in the kitchen which was really disgusting. The ac wasnt working properly and the water in the flush, tap and jetspray stopped working at night. We had to leave early.

Villa was spacious and swimming pool was the best part of the villa. Wifi was not working properly.

The property is almost similar as mentioned in property details. It's a 3 storied building - 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 beds on the 2nd floor. Second floor bedrooms are air conditioned, but one of the air conditioner is not working properly. The swimming pool on the ground floor is good it's almost 5 ft deep. Bathrooms are neat. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and gas stove. No washing machine available. Transportation between property and lonavala town/attractions is difficult - the location is remote - and taxi/auto ask for huge amount for commutation. There is a stray dog always on the door step. No outdoor game equipment provided. The check-in was delayed because the property owner was not responding to our calls, the customer executives helped in the check-in.

Stay waa great. We enjoyed it and everything was nice
