Room was booked as good and king size bad but its not done. Rooms are congested and not clean. Bad are not king size. Its also issue.

The hotel staff was not cordial, I had booked for deluxe room, but got a room below par, no toiletries were provided, except a small soap and two pouches of shampoo's for 2 persons. it was mentioned about last minute discount, and amenities never were worth for 1K. No value for Money.
