The hotel staff was not cordial, I had booked for deluxe room, but got a room below par, no toiletries were provided, except a small soap and two pouches of shampoo's for 2 persons. it was mentioned about last minute discount, and amenities never were worth for 1K. No value for Money.

It was always a nice experience. Staff is humble and cooperative. I almost asked for warm drinking water 4, 5 times and they provided without a question
