Stay was very good. I really enjoyed everything in this hotel. Food was authentic and delicious. Room was specious and having pool and all. Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff were very co-operative. Overall very nice 👌

very good property.faced some issues regarding room type but MMT resolved the same immediately. The stay was very memorable and luxurious also.

They said they wouldn’t provide cutlery because we got food from outside. Their own food is actually quite bad. Their kettle didn’t work. They didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner in the washroom containers. Completely empty. The shower pressure is abysmal. The staff is rude and dismissive. The pool tiles are coming undone. They will make excuses for you to not use the pool (like you need a swimming costume) when it’s just you on the whole property, then when the property is full, this rule for swimming costume doesn’t exist. Also, they will lie about pool timing, say it is till 6, but allow others to swim till 8:30. The staff here is seriously unprofessional.

Overall we had a great time for 4 day/3 night stay. Walking distance to main attractions, Great pool and room service, Awesome food, big clean room, friendly staff. Modest gym and spotty wifi for video calls (emails and browsing was fine...I was told it was the service provider). Garden side room is not really good view, get a pool facing room instead with great landscape and nature. We upgraded.

The resort was too good, ambiance was excellent, quiet and very clean place with all the eminities. Good place for travellers loving luxury.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing and not worth the price. Despite booking their best room, it felt outdated with old-style furniture and lacked modern amenities. The food was overpriced, and the quality did not justify the high rates. What made the stay worse was the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. They asked us to vacate one of our rooms before the official checkout time of 12 PM, just because they had given us an early check-in for that room. Their excuse was that upcoming guests needed it early, which was highly unprofessional. Additionally, the washroom was too small, adding to the discomfort. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it for the price they charge.

The hotel only looks lavish. The bathroom amenities were pathetic. The commode looks like 20 yrs old design. The shower gave bath to entire bathroom. Room wasn't clean. Sofa was broken.

Though this property looks magnificent in pictures the problem is that it is a very old constructed property and you can feel it there, also the bathrooms are tiny and the food is just average. I had opted for a garden view but the area outside was so unmaintained and filthy that I had to upgrade my room to no. 126 at the ground floor facing towards the pool area. Their balcony doesn't have any sitting chairs or tables, they don't have a baby cot for kids also the worst part was that my king size bed had a dual mattress which started to slide in the middle of the night while sleeping.

Rooms ok. Service Good. Pool Good.GYM Needs upgrade. Good people and Food too needs variety. Spa services can be added.

Facilities are poor as compared to ambience toilet facilities very poor, services also poor ambience 4 star but facilities 2 star i will not recommend because better options are there in same price

It is value for money. It has all the facilities and the best possible location hardly a kilometre from the western group of temples. Breakfast spread was great like any 4/5star category hotels. Service quality is nice. A billiard board/a table tennis board and carrom for recreation, also a well maintained small pool met our requirements.

Poor service. Rats are in room, washroom very poor condition room no 113. Three times we change room relationship manager favoring the service staff on our complaint. Overall we will not stay again even free of cost.

Its a beautiful, well maintained property with very polite and helpful staff. The room size were too good. Only negative was that rooms smelled little damp may be due to monsoon.

Stayed in the hotel from 25-26th feb 2023. Extremely bad experience, horribly maintained, taking guests for granted. The behaviour of some front office people was rude. They were not ready to consider a 30 mins delay in check out. The bathroom was not provided with minimum amenities even hand towels were asked to provide. Must avoid this so called resort. And by the way don't go by pics. Horribly maintained lawns and greenery.

Room & toilet clean .. calm atmosphere .Staff is polite, nice hospitality. 🙏Food is little costly but delicious.. 👌especially mornings breakfast is really full of verity.. 👍my suggestion is ,must book with breakfast..🤗

The washroom fits were not functional the commode couldn’t flush and jet spray dint work. Rest everything was ok. The staffs were good.

First of all while booking they claim it’s 4 star but it’s not. I would say it’s 2star. We feel cheated as we paid 8k for one day stay. Room was not even worth a 2 star hotel. Almirahs were in bad condition and bathroom fittings were missing and water taps were rusted. Service staff were good and breakfast was also good. But they should work on resort ambiance. This was definitely not worth half the price we paid for it.

Poor reception staff and misguided me ( told me no beds available and asked me to book another place for driver’s stay where person seems to be seeking commissions) for drivers complimentary service and later found out to be pathetic conditions and driver rejected to stay in the room. Shower in bath not working properly. Less pillows and not enough blankets and extras not available due to full bookings. No toilet rolls. Cockroach in the toilet. Ripped bed sheet. Dirty towels. No hair dryer. Not at all value for money i paid for two nights( +extras for food.

Resort was good. Well located. Only negative is food is too much costly. Otherwise overall good resort with pool facility. All the temples are within 2km radius.
