room was good enough to stay here but the only issue with is that bathroom jet spray was broken and water availability less, so except these two issue room was good

Hotel was overall good to stay but the issue with me is that bathroom was as clean as expected and water availability was not good. So hotel owner need to improve my mention issue then it would be best for stay in future visit.

The location of the hotel is nearby Gopal temple, Mahakaleshwar Jyotirling and local market and eating areas. Room is spacious and comfortable and clean. drinking water and soap was made available. overall very good hospitality. 😊

It was a great experience at bright stay. The house owner is quite polite and humble. Also, all the attractions of the city are nearby from this property. The rooms are at the first and second floor and accessible through stairs. If you are planning to stay here, a big yes from me.

Rooms are very spacious, big and clean. Location is also good. Walking distance to mahakal chauraha.

Property was great, little far mandir around 1. 5 km. Walkable distance and you get auto at any time. Room was very large you might not get other property at same price

The stay was very comfortable, host is very humble & caring. Rooms are tidy, well maintained and clean. We cannot get such a room at this low price. Must recommended to everyone looking for a comfortable stay in ujjain.

Very dirty, price is too high for such hotel very bad experience, food is not available you have to go and eat outside

I have travel-led with family and the hospitality was great. Room had enough space for 4 people clean and hygienic. Staff was humble. Definitely recommend property.

We liked the hospitality. They were very cooperative. We enjoyed our stay moreover we got the benefit of location as temples were very near to this location.

We planned for a 2 night stay at ujjain and booked this hotel. The host bunny is an excellent guy and he was always available whenever needed. The room was very spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people. Facilities like ac, geyser, water & tv are available as well. Overall good service. Thank you.

The stay was really nice and clean. The bucket in bathroom could have been cleaner. Otherwise the room and bathroom were very clean. Kudos to bunny, the owner, for excellent service. He was always available.

The host was not reachable initially during checkin after multiple calls. I tried calling customer care, the strange thing was not customer care called the host picked up the call in one go which was disappointing. The water dispenser was not working for which i complained but the issue didn't get resolved in our 3 days stays. The staff seems to be too unprofessional. The washroom was also not so clean and was full of water and the drainage was not proper. There was no cleaning service provided

Our stay was nice. The caretaker is quite helpful. Mahakaleshwar jyotirling is at a walkable distance.
