Really i enjoyed lot. Particularly the owners are really awesome, if anything want to customer they will provide immediately 24/7 like taxi, food what ever you want.

As this hotel location is too far from sitapur bus stand. No travel communication was there neither from the hotel end. I could not checked in as senior citizen not able to walk 3 to 4 km. No refund provided when i am requesting to property owner by mmt executive, he rudely denied to pay the refund even 20 percent of booking amount. Mmt should take its proper action for its distance concern and further traveller should aware the live location of this hotel and then should take risk of booking. So much disappointment. Sry mmt. But i ve given my genuine feedback

Completely terrible experience. Images shown are totally different from the live room images.Rooms are too small and path to reach rooms is very narrow. I booked this property and when I reached phata their were more better options in less price. No room service available... totally disappointed

Hotel manager is very clever. They provide first worst room and charge 1200 rupees for room change.

The photos are very deceptive. 1. There is no water coming in the wash room since morning. 2. There is no power back up. 3. There is no house keeping. 4. There is no package drinking water. They are charging 20 rs for water bottle. 5. Underwear is hanging in front of my room along with other garments.
