Rooms were somewhat unhygienic. Bedding was also uncomfortable 😖. Hotel Staff was also not respecting me as a guest. I have to change 2 rooms and it took almost an hour to settle down in hotel room.

Terrible Stay

There was some medical emergency and i booked this hotel to stay there for night. Due to some reason i was not able to leave the hospital and didn't went to this place at all. I understand the hospital reserved the room for me but if i never checked inn they can at least refund 50% to me

Sorry to hear about this but did you cancel the booking 24 hours in advance? The hotel is not liable in any case to refund for an online booking.
