It was a pleasant stay at hotel landmark, bank bazar, bhatinda, punjab. The hotel is easily accessible and in walkable distance from bhatinda junction railway station. Amenities they provided were excellent. More over the dealings of staffs were very friendly and they were always ready to help the customers.

Hotel cleaning was very bad, room was very dirty unhygienic smelly. Bathroom is very dirty. Bed sheet pillow and blanket was not fresh at first then i requested then give me fresh one. Overall very bad experience to stay with family.

Cannot fault the two members of staff who couldn’t do enough for us. English a bit of a problem but put you on the phone to a man that can speak english. Our problem not theirs as we should speak hindi/punjab and not expect everyone to speak english. Asked to not be in a room right by reception but that wasn’t forthcoming. Not sure why as i think we were the only guests in the hotel. Basic things like the fan only seem to go at two speeds despite there being four settings. Dead fast or dead slow. Light bulbs not working. Shower rose needs sorting. Leaking feeder pipe to toilet cistern. Vent boarded up in bathroom. All minor things that wouldn’t cost much to sort but would make a big difference to guests. Pretty quiet area once you get to about 22:30 but obviously this is dependent on other guests. Very convenient for station.

It was nice stay. Room was clean, ac was working properly, bathroom was spacious, peaceful place and a bit away from station staff was very cooperative and good nature. Food was good. Overall it was nice experience.
