There is no proper ac working And no proper service I ask for water but no one give Afrer hour I personally go and pick the water and cost is also too much 50 rs per water bottle 2380 rs only for charge room or bed i didnt understand There is only open for make money

No clean room no hot water for bath smeeli room no clean proper Crokery for tea or water glass no available

Location of hotel is very good. Staff members of hotel's are well behaved. Owner is nice and polite person. Over all in short time we enjoy lots.

The room is so dirty and cockroaches are roaming all around the floor and even on the bed. The security is zero there as you can open any door with the same key.

Service very poor, staff shortage, in the room tv is not working properly and staff said that can't-do anything on the same, door lock also is working and staff is not ready to change room, hygiene also is not good. Overall very bad experience, could not be book next time. Make my trip need take necessary action on the same.

Although maintenance is not proper but still it is good to stay food is ok it is at good location hygine is ok food was ok

Service was not good. Only one person was there to do all the work and he came after a long while after making any request.

Over priced, you have to call them again and again for 1 thing, even for a water bottle, lift is not proper working. Over all average, you can go to sunsity classic as comparison to this

Immediate removed from the 3 star catagory. Poor amenities. Leakage in room, bedding are dirty, nothing specific was good

Lift was not working. Wifi range is not available on my floor. They people don't know what supplies should be there for guest because each and every thing i have to asked for. Besides that water level was very low even i could not able to use shower. Sofas were dirty, even remote of ac was not available. Other then that cockroaches were in bathroom. Lot of hair were on quilt.

Hotel is in the heart of city. Very old hotel but maintained. Service is excellant. Staff is cordial n wel behaved. Food preparation is undoubtedly excellent. Rooms are good. We stayed in room no 205. Good one. Overall good one.

Nice stay and also the food is good and the room is also clean. And the location is also good in the middle of the city

Hotel rooms amd washrooms are worse and such kind of hotels should be kept in 1 star category. Even staff is not concerned about customer requirement and creating inconvenience for people who are staying here.

Having huges numbers of bed bugs, not soap in the room, not tawels in the room, not cleaning properly, room intercom in not working. Zero opecity curtains are not used in the room

The rooms were not clean, very old furniture, dirty bathrooms the shower didn't work, even the toilet seats were not working properly. Not clean and hygiene old bet sheets

1st time visited bhatinda, stay in a hotel, it's nice staf behaviour is good and polite, room was well cleaned
