Rooms smelling like smoke and they charged my for basic complimentary supplies AC had no remote , curtains didn’t completely cover the windows and whole night the light kept disturbing me hence my exam didn’t went good . Paid so much and still was not worth it .

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. My room was clean and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The on-site restaurant served a great breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh options. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location and food is good , except this everything is bad - old buildings, poor staff and basic lack of management . I arrived at 8 pm and I had to ask for towel and everything to them one by one . Even the guy who assisted me to the room expected money and when I paid he asked me how much did I pay in tip . This is a good property with huge space but no proper staff , cleaning, you can smell seepage from anywhere.

The property was close to the exam centre but far from the city. Food was decent. The property, room and bathroom were very dirty. Service was unprofessional, but staffs were good in nature.

They gave me other room which i booked online.... demand extra money and rooms were not clean as well

Property is in outskits of bathinda, difficult to access if no private vehile. Over okay care of the property, old but good. Food is very good, you'll lick your fibfer, similar to home made. Tv available in some units only not working, wifi connectivity poor, meagre amout if toiletries provided.

very far from the actual city, the rooms were very dirty, they didn't even know when was the last time they cleaned it. the facilities were so bad and uncleaned. hospitality was good enough but it was never enough when your stay was uncomfortable for a lot of other reasons. at night it was too scary to live there, bad smell, mosquito disturbance, irritating voices and every piece of furniture is broken and uncleaned.

Location wise and ambiemce wise hotel was good. Maintainance was upto the mark. Staff was also very cooperative. However price was a bit high. But overall good experience.

The property is located very far from the town and is quite expensive given the location, plus there is no staff in the hospital just one person at the reception. The lock of our room was dysfunctional and the flush was also not working. The ac temperature was not adjustable. Overall we got scared as we were the only visitors of the hotel at that time and no staff was there, not even security persons.

Peaceful rooms with lush green lawns food services are good, highly recommended for corporate stays

Hospitality was drip. Extra hours of stay without any charges, served a tasteful cup. Of coffee. In future i will always prefer this property amd will recommend as well
