The room size was an issue. It doesn't seem to be a super deluxe room. However, the staff were quite polite & cooperative.

Well the location is very good, connectivity through city centre is aldo very good, amenities and the rooms are well maintained and clean and service is also very good.

It is a very good hotel and the staff are friendly. The next time i will come to romeo i take this hotel again.

This hotel is absolutely useless, neither they have any kind of service nor their beds are good at all and after visiting their hotel neither they have any kind of good facility for the customer nor the room is full of small things and the structure inside the room is also completely useless. There is whitewash everywhere in their hotel. There is not even a latch on the door in their hotel. The biggest thing is the behavior of the hotel staff. The behavior of the staff is very bad, no one should stay in this hotel.

Poor service, arrogant staff, 3 persons booking payment taken but showing attitude when we asked extra bed/mattress and no drinking water. Room size is too small.

Third class counter staff not even know how to talk to people with respect. U need to ask 4-5 times for 1 thing like towel, soap etc. They dont listen u seriously. Bad experience
