The experience was present and I reached late and I was guided by the team the right way and they guided that put the availability by 11 is not okay so they asked me to have food outside rooms were also very good and people are good

The room was very bad. There were no items in the room, especially bathroom materials. The bed was very small. The AC did not work properly.. The room smelled of dust, so I had to change to another room and that was the same...

The property location is very ideal, when it comes to food it is very inconvenient, they dont have a restaurant, only limited break fast is available in a least ambience place top floor, and they try to drive us out after 10am, no manners given even after seeing we are with kids. Rushing into taking away the foods saying they are closing the kitchen at 10.05am!!! No room service even for a tea or coffee. The room is not child proof with low wall placing of electric sockets and switches with out cover. The no grill glass window just 1 feet above ground, the lock was damaged and easily slideble by kids gave away our peace of mind, I had pointed out the issue and the staff dismissed the issue with ease. we had to pile up furniture and bags near the window to avoid kids reaching for the window. house keeping staffs are not in time nor do they notice us regarding the average time of their arrival. Isnt it obvious that the stay in this hotel is not to enjoy the room, and we have engagements out side!!For the house keeping to happen, some one have to stay back in room waiting for their arrival. Rs 10000 for 2½ days and this is what we got. Never again will I reach out for this Booninn hotel at kottakal.

Good hospitality and clean rooms

When i asked for an extra bottle of water, they denied giving free water bottle. The room had some bad odor. My over all stay was not nice, however they have a nice parking space.

Room was good..👍.neat and clean.. good for family too... but Am not satisfied with the bathroom facilities...poor 😞

It was a great experience while staying in boon in where many restaurants and cafes were located near. The hotel was maintained neatly and good service was provided on top of that there breakfast was so good.

Was in town just for a day, but if the hotel staff makes you comfortable and the room is clean and cosy then the stay becomes pleasurable. Would recommend the place to anyone for a value for your money deal.

Right kind of breakfast for a business traveller. Not much oil food. Native delight like pudding and steam cooked banana was wonderful. Great experience
