Review Of Hotel VIRAD

We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. We checked in very late around 10 PM and clearly informed the staff that we needed to check out early the next morning after breakfast. They assured us that breakfast would be ready by 8:00 AM for our group of six, including two kids. The next morning, I even called again at 7:30 AM to remind them, and they promised it would be ready on time. But from 8:00 to 8:35 AM, we waited — and no breakfast was served. No one attended to us, no explanation was given, and there was no refund or apology. This is absolute cheating and highly unprofessional behavior. Please avoid this hotel at all costs — they lack basic customer service, honesty, and responsibility. A truly disappointing experience.

I recently stayed at hotel virad and had an overall satisfactory experience. The hotel has a clean and well-maintained environment, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The parking facilities are limited and could be more convenient. My room was located on the first floor, but to reach it, i had to take the lift to the second floor, then walk up stairs and down a hallway, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, and a few basic bathroom amenities were missing. The food at the restaurant was decent and fairly priced, though the complimentary breakfast had a limited selection. While there are a few areas for improvement, overall it was a pleasant stay, and with some updates, it could be even better.

The hotel offered basic amenities and was decent for the price. The rooms was clean, staff were good and accommodating. But bar is open for public. Overall, a satisfactory stay for budget-conscious travelers.

The location is 30mins away from railway station and 5 to 10mins way from aster mims. They helped us with the booking and received a great services. The food was also great.

Overall, my stay at hotel vi-rad was a great experience. I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars. The staff members were extremely caring and attentive, which really made my stay enjoyable. The room was also very clean and cozy, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Even after having a confirmation from your side the hotel rejected the same and was not given the rooms reserved. We had booked two rooms and they said they do not have vacant room. We literally had to argue, plead and and request. The family with two women had to wait almost one hour in the lobby, that too in midnight. Finally they allotted one room and we four of us had to squeeze in one room with extra beds even after paying for two rooms. Horrible.

The stay was really fine and the hospitality was good the room was clean and good no problems at all overall the lunch have to be little bit good

The hotel room was really good and very attractive. Staffs also very friendly and very smart. Room is very good clean and we also loved room atmosphere and freshness. It's car parking facility and wheelchair facility also available. Breakfast also included. Iron box, fridge, locker facility also available. Next time surely i will book this room. This is 3rd time am booking same hotel. Good place.
