Har har Mahadev 🕉️🙏 As per our telephonic conversation we have told you all the things and also shared tents images also there were time for cancellations if your comfort didn't meet with facility. Unfortunately you agreed and stay with tent However for future guest pls don't think room like amminities with tents it is not possible however we try our best to treat our guests Mahadev bless you 🕉️🙏

Location is excellent, very near to temple. good restaurants available near the camp. for camp no separate washroom available, only public washroom room available. if you book room's, all facilities available, washroom, hot water and clean room's. newly build room's. Staff behavior is excellent.

Never stay in this place. Bedsheet and pilow cover are not cleaned. Staff behavior is worst rude like as if they provide free service.

Dear Mr. Nihar, Namaste 🙏 You had booked a tent with us, but upon arrival, you requested a room. Unfortunately, all our rooms were already full at that time. Still, our staff tried their best and even offered you a cottage as an alternative, but you were not satisfied and began misbehaving with the staff. We agree our team member spoke a bit firmly afterward, but that happened only after the situation escalated. Later, when you requested to cancel the booking, it couldn’t be accepted due to your behavior toward our staff. We always try to treat every guest with full respect and expect the same in return. First of all ,this place is not at all suitable for staying MMT being a prestigious travel guide should opt out of this Tent House I strongly advise people not to book this place for free also No lights,no hygiene, no proper hospitality, No proper location No Toilet In one word Pathetic

It's a really good new stay. just cause we're feeling a little cold and wanted a bed they upgraded us to a huge room with very clean bathrooms and hot water. But their tents are also really cozy and neat and manageable.

Hi, I stayed in Bharatpur camp, very close to temple and view was wonderful, our manager named Rahul treated us so well, he provided all amenities like hot water for drinking, washroom facilities and others, overall it was good experience stayed in your camping, thanks

Not Worthy
We four people booked two tents we thought the tent was good for 2 people but it went flip and that was very small. Not Suitable for 2 people. We need to go far for Bathing if we need to go for a bath before 8 AM. The Staff doesn't even allow you to use the Washroom which is beside the tents. Not worth the amount and we paid more than expected amenities

The tents used are specifically designed for 2 persons and 3 persons as per Decathlon standards. We do not modify or resize them in any way. ✅ Before check-in, we always send detailed information about the tents and washroom arrangements to all our guests. We also provide a free cancellation option up to one day before check-in, so guests have complete flexibility in case the arrangements don’t suit their needs. 🚫 Regarding the washroom – the one beside the tents is attached to rooms booked by other guests. For privacy and hygiene reasons, we cannot allow shared use of private washrooms. We request you not to share incorrect details that may mislead future guests. The stay was so cozy and have beautiful view not need to worry it's inside the hotel so we won't we wet due to rain they also give hot water for comfort 😄😄 over all I really like the stay it's only 100mts away to temple may be less. I would like to visit again

We booked a home camp stay at bharatpur house..camp didn’t have any light bulb..switch board is not working..they said if you need anything just call us ..when i called him to provide the hot drinking water or switch on the board for charging points then they said staff is sleeping now..they didn’t provide us the single water bottle..

For the safety of our guests, we avoid installing light bulbs inside the camp due to the risk of short circuits, especially in high-altitude conditions. However, our balconies and camp surroundings are well-lit, and we do provide functional charging points. Regarding hot water — we offer it to all guests free of charge during scheduled time slots. As per our records, your request came around 2 AM, when both staff and facilities were unavailable, considering the extreme temperatures (-4°C to -5°C) and the need for staff rest after a full day of service. We have taken note of the issue with the switchboard and assure you it will be resolved promptly. We genuinely value your input and are constantly working to improve our guest experience. Pros: Location is good since it's only 200m away from temple. Cons: No bathroom for people booking tent. Have to use public toilet which is very dirty (Closest one from tent). - No facility for Shower. - Tent pillows and mattresses are very dirty and ugly. - Again no washbasin for people booking tent. - No light inside tent. It's dark and you have to manage with your phone flash. - Terrible is you do not have option to get fresh after getting there from your long and tiring trek. Please don't stay book camp outside mandir premises which are big and spacious atleast they have better facilities.

Shower access was arranged at a nearby hotel free of cost, and hot drinking water was also provided — something rare in this region. We acknowledge your feedback on pillows and mattresses and have acted promptly to improve them. We do not provide electric bulbs inside the tents due to the risk of short circuits in the high-moisture conditions of Kedarnath." Our tents are protected under a permanent shed, ensuring safety from rain and cold — unlike open-air camps. These are budget-friendly options in Kedarnath; for hotel-like amenities, hotel are recommended. We believe in transparent communication and strive for guest satisfaction. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests and to maintain transparency: Before your arrival, we personally contacted you and explained all the important details, including the washroom arrangements, tent structure, and amenities, giving you full freedom to review or modify your booking. Our camps are set up under a permanent roofed building structure to ensure better protection from Kedarnath’s unpredictable and cold weather. Since tents are movable, it is technically and practically impossible to attach a washroom inside them. That’s why a common washroom is provided just 40 meters away from the camp area. Regarding your suggestion to book rooms offline – yes, that’s an option. But it comes with no guarantee of availability, especially during peak season. Many such rooms are located far away from the temple. Our camp is just 100 meters from the temple, which offers significant convenience and spiritual proximity for yatris.
