As per the name, it looks like a 1-star service. First of all, I had to complain frequently about the AC not working, but the staff was not cooperative. Their behavior seemed rude, especially at the reception. I think you should explain to your staff what proper service and professionalism mean.

comfortable room. medium sized rooms. nice rooftop swimming pool. clean. hotel in the city. on main road. cafe is good. we stayed on independence day. good celebration of special day. allow kid for dance and give chocolates also.

It was my first time staying there and i am a bit disappointed. I find the staff non attractive and co-operative, and the range of food was quite wide which is good thing as i got many to choose from but in terms of taste it was slightly less then average overall it was an average experience considering the prices they charge for the night
