LOCATION : VERY GOOD FOOD : NOT EATEN ANYTHING, BUT, MUST BE GOOD AS TEA QUALITY WAS BETTER. AMENITIES : VERY GOOD SERVICES : VERY GOOD AND COURTEOUS

Location of hotel is good food quality was not good no taste poor service no supply of bottled water it was on charge basis usually hotel provide one litre bottle water for one person per day

Hotel room furniture, bathroom etc is very old and needs renovation. Such type of hotel does not justify the room terrif.

Excellent food quality is very good location of hotel is near to railway station and staff is very gentle soft spoken and helping in nature

Pros: 1. Very good location, close to railway station. 2. Spacious and clean rooms 3. Quality of food at the restaurant was nice. Food menu for lunch and dinner were quite extensive. Cons: 1. The service by the staff was quite slow. Had to reminder multiple times for certain requests. 2. Most of the amenities in the room were not working, like tv, fridge and electronic locker. 3. The control of ac was at the reception. Never heard of this. We had to call the reception for switching in the ac. 4. The room rates we high compared to the overall experience. I would think twice before paying this amount for the room we got. Overall a decent place to spend a day or so but it definitely requires improvement in room and services.

Bad rooms and very bad services. As per hotel rate is very high. This type of hotel is not good. Food is not good

My self, my mother and my daughter stayed there from 23 rd to 26th september. Room was excellent and location is perfect. It takes around 5 minutes to reach railway station. Other spots like zoo is not far away. But food is very delicious but little bit costly

Very good accommodation with cleanness and good staff, parking place is also available, hotel at very good place to reach any place easily.

Reasonable room with air conditioner and hot water

Lift was not working everytime, also restaurant orders was not delivered on time. Apart of that everything was good

Very pethatic hotel. Not fit for family. I booked but i could not stay there my money was a waste. I think you should remove it from your list of hotels

Bathroom room locked and they can't open that door had to go other room other wise little over price as per stay rest set ice are good

As we checked in earlier we didn't got the room we booked. So book accordingly. Good for short days stay.
