My stay at this Dharamshala was disappointing considering the price charged. The basic amenities were missing — there was no geyser for hot water and no electric kettle provided in the room. Even the mattress and pillows were also not upto the mark. Only one towel was provided in a room of two adults and one child For the tariff, I expected at least these essentials to be available. The facilities did not match the price point, and I feel the Dharamshala needs to improve significantly to provide better value for money."
