Stay was pleasant
soloStay was pleasant, nice staff and food also good. Hotel was in a shopping mall, the only problem is in pick hrs too much traffic in that area

Book this hotel if you love negative environment
familySomeone knocked at my door at 2 am in the morning to check whether there were more than 2 guests in the room as the property did not allow more than 2 guests in a room. I had booked 2 rooms. We’re 3 persons in total -1 person in one room and 2 persons in second room. Still we faced the surprise check. We had advised the staff sitting at the counter while checking in the evening that only 3 persons would stay but the staff did not trust us. So there was trust deficit. Needless to say, one cannot expect good hospitality as it seems this property is meant only for lodging and not for having experience of stay. Further, this is not a standalone property. It is situated in a mall and confined to 3rd and 4th floor. Also, there was no visible entry and it was very difficult to locate it. Everybody makes mistake so did i by booking this property. They did provide toiletries but it was not good enough to make up for my mistake.

Whatever you given this statement its a absolutely lie just because of 2 rooms you booked and came with 10 adult and 3 child, then you said that you will just change your clothes and leave, but was it so? you had placed more than 4 person in these 2 rooms & what you think i provide you a 13 pax territories? when morning our staff asked you for water, you misbehaved with him, insult him and abusing him, remember these things then told us. You also came in room at morning after 3 o'clock, and you mentioned that our staff knocked your room at 2 o'clock, how funny it is?
