property location did not match, food is not available food outside the hotel, amenities is not good, service is not good, Air conditioner is not available

Hotel's maintenance service is very bad all mattresse were not cleaned properly and there is no A. C. in the room , there is no charging point in the room and there is no food available in hotel. All information about this hotel because there is not any single service that will be provided in basic room's that is not available

Atithi uk07 home stay. Location near by isbt bus stand. Easy to find. I visited here in june 2024. Temperature was 42 degree. But the our experience is very bad. Dirty bed sheet, pilow very dirty. Sipders. Drinking jub was very dirty. Only fan available in the temperature 42 degree. We request for air cooler and ac room. But care deny to give us. Roof lanter broker. Toilet seat very dirty. Jet not working properly. But available. Matters is very old and damage. They give woolen blanket available in 42 degree temperature. Towel provided by caretaker was dirty. Broken window glass. So much suffocation i the room.

I have never stayed such unhygienic room full of unknown smells, i could not sleep all night properly. No cleanliness in room, bathroom was pathetic, no ventilation in room.

Make my trip is cooperative and easy to book. Upon calling they will resolve the issue if any. Regarding this travel i not came across any issues and i am happily back to home. Thank you.

Room condition and toilet are not good. They are not cleaning room daily basis. Almera is not available in room. Very unhealthy and unhygienic. 5
