I enjoyed the trip with staying at this hotel. Room was neat and cleaned. Bathroom is also neat and cleaned with properly arranged consumables, corridor were also cleaned all the time with sufficient lighting. Food service at room was quick and rates were reasonable.

asked to checkout exactly at 12pm, I asked to wait 10 min as I was packing my things, one person was standing at my door until I vacated the room. very unprofessional people and after that they asked to review 5 star, really :)

From the outside tbh building looked terrible but when we went inside it's nice enough, nice receptionist who guided us but the main thing was hygiene,dust was everywhere on like a/c, tv, dish box but what annoyed me was their blanket when I slept I felt itching on my hand because I was using blanket which I don't know when did they last washed it

It’s good to stay in Ashok grand tower 2 but food is expensive. Other wise all is good

wall of the room was damp and bathroom door was not working.pillow and blanket was smelling bad.

Charges were more than 2500 rs per night but there was no geyser and no water heater available in the room. When asked for a water kettle their reply was it wasn't in the package at this price.

my stay was pathetic and horrible. No room service, dirty and messy toilet. no info about breakfast intercom facility not available The food quality especially the breakfast quality was pathetic staff's behaviour was not upto the mark overall experience was very bad.
