Pleasent stay good atmosphere

Hotels had lot of mosquitoes and the management did not took care of it.

Supportive staff members. Good location in the bhagalpur city. Restaurant attached with hotel is also very good.

My stay at [hotel name] was exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to both business and leisure attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-appointed. The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a delicious variety of both local and international cuisine. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall, i had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [city.

1. Uneducated staff starting from reception to others. All are mannerless. 2. Faced water problem for 5 hours, no water in the bath and toilet. 3. Full of smelly rooms 4. The blanket was not clean. Got itching just after 20 minutes. They changed it after a long discussion. 5. For two people they provided 1 towel that too after asking. 6. One toilet soap and nothing else was provided for two people's 7. Full of mosquitoes, it looks like they have filled water instead of liquid. Checked out the very next day and shifted to another hotel

Everything not perfect. Long waiting for allotment of room

Food quality and variety is very low. Initially services was very poor after good ‘class’ it improved drastically.

As per money value the hotel is not good. Service is good. Cleaning is also good. The facility they provided is not very much satisfying. They provide clinic plus shampoo one rupee pouch. Which I don't like.

Stayed there for 1 night, rooms were good enough considering the price, basic amenities were available However bathroom could have been cleaner and organized. Had complimentary breakfast, food quality was fine again.

Worst ever stay at this Hotel. Zero hospitality, hotel staff don't even know how to talk with guests. No light & AC during whole night. I'd to take early morning train and woke up around 3AM but got ready in Mobile light. Dirty bedsheets, curtain, no proper light inside room. Shabby and dampness in room. Highly not recommended

Good experience. Actually Price and facility wise, really good. One thing is good, that is parking space. Room is spacious and well decorated. Over all good experience. So must get a chance to stay with your family and solo.
