The hotel is nearby the main road and was easy to find. The room was alright. However, the blanket was stained and even upon a request to change the blanket, it was not changed. The food was good in the restaurant.

No wifi

Good for short stay. Staffs are friendly.

Hotel is located in a compact street which was water logged. I myself have been associated with customer service in mnc from past 15 years but i have never met such a straight person who tells that i do-not care for even loss of customer. Terrible
Hotel was safe but the behaviour of hotel manager was completely unprofessional. In fact terrible who was not caring the power of customer service

Location of hotel is excellent, supportive staffs, spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Value for money. Only problem, food is little bit costly.

Toilet facilities not up to mark. Request for repair not attended for two days, instead we were asked to change the room, causing inconveniences. I shall not feel like going again there. Thanks RAKESH KUMAR

Good Hotel at this location. But their staff were not so co operative, specially at reception.

Some work in here next day, but night stay good, sleep and good food.
