The property stands out but the staff lets down. Slow service, front desk man has no training whatsoever. Room service is pathetic. The hotel is a heritage property with a beautiful lawn and great serenity.

very beautiful ambience and food was very tasty... it was a great pleasure there ..I wish to re book whenever I go kashipur... only one question for property rule...it was mentioned there the property was not couple friendly however I want to come as a couple..the rule looks fit as local place but people who came from outside the station must allowed... overall the experience is so good and nice.. behaviour of staff was very nice

This starts when we entered the hotel . While booking it was clearly mentioned that this hotel is couple friendly. We reached at hotel at 5:30 pm . We started our journey from delhi and we had some work in. Between our route so we reached the hotel at 5:30 . At a very terrible situation of ours bcz of a long journey , the receptionist said that you are not allowed as couples are not allowed . I literally had to have a word with their senior management and then they alloted us room after almost an hour , Upon checking out they literally asked for 50 rps for mineral water they had given while Check in .
