Entry to the hotel is behind the building and there is no indication to guide the route. Reception desk is poorly managed. Staff asked me ID proof for the second guest where as room was booked on my name. Entry register column was not filled up as per the heading printed on the registered however same was highlighted to the staff but they were adamant to follow.Linen provided on bed was dirty and having lot of oil spots which seems to be poor washing of linen. No hand towel provided. TOILET SEAT COVER WAS HAVING SHIT ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE LID. SAME WAS INFORMED TO ATTENDENT ON 14th Feb before departure. Only one chair in the room for two guest to sit. The corridor was dirty and had lot of dust on the floor. No room service available so I was told to pick up tea in the morning from tea shop. Breakfast was majorly fried items and bread with butter. OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE AND IT LOOKS NO ONE TAKES INTEREST TO SEE THE MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL PROPERTY. I will never stay again in this hotel. Best regards

Very poor hygiene in the rooms. Had to get all bed sheets changed as stains show someone already stayed in the room. Breakfast for only gujrati dish and nothing you could eat if you dont prefer oily food.

Excellent experience. Really good staff and beatifull atmosphere. Rooms are very clean. No tantion about security. I recommend to all go fearless. It's awesome.

Firstly there is water issue, water is inconsistent and irregular in toilet also, secondly i have to check out early in the morning for my next destination so i talked to one of their executive and he said in morning no one will be there so i have to put the keys at the room and tell the security guard about my checkout i have done exactly the same but after two hours of that i received call from them asking about my checkout and when i told them that they put elegation of stealing a towellll ! which they never provided in the room, so pathetic service i must say, customers satisfaction and ease of living isn't their aim they just declare any guest as theief, and calling for a towel to customer are what kind of behaviour i don't understand! so pathetic! 0 co operation
