This was my 3rd booking at this hotel, 3rd because of situation of having a family member in hospital. In all 3 stays this hotel has maintained to be the worst possible hotel the staff is rude, arrogant and doesn't even know how they should talk to customer they never ever provide gst bills even after repetitive reminder that i need a proper bill for any additional purchase which clearly shows they are into some taxation fraud. Cleaning is done only when the staff is reminded that they are supposed to clean, and that too sometimes even after saying they won't clean. The extra bedding charge is 400, but in my first stay the staff for first 1 week took 500, later started taking 400 stating not to let the owner know they were making cash by frauding with customer. The manager/ reception guy is the worst possible hotelier one could ever encounter with. In 2 of my stays he had taken 1 days additional charges from me stating it's how it is. I would never even recommend this hotel to anyone and now having similar experience for the 3rd time i would be ok with staying in hospital lobby rather than this hotel.
