It was a good stay, service is little slow,but overall good stay,breakfast needs improvement

There was no clean pool,and lawn access was blocked as they had some function and beach access was not der due to weather . But d food and services were good . We were disappointed with all dis stuff

The rooms, are so smelly of floor cleaner, the exhaust in bathroom is not working and the air conditioning in the rooms are not well maintained and it is not getting cool and moreover, the food especially one item, I want to mention is Nellore Chappa Pulusu Pandu Kappa the worst food I Ever ate the cost of the item is very high. It’s about ₹600, but the taste of the food is very worst. It is in worst condition. They have served me fish taste like Raw fish

Ala Beach Resorts is an excellent weekend escape gateway located near Chirala, offering a serene and private beach experience. The resort's pristine private beach mesmerized us with its breathtaking views and impeccable cleanliness, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and recreation. The onsite restaurant serves delicious and diverse cuisine, and the complimentary breakfast included in the stay adds to the overall convenience and value. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Overall, I had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience at this picturesque coastal retreat.

The property and location are great, but the service needs significant improvement. We faced several issues, including an excessive delay in food service (around 75 minutes), towels being provided only three hours after check-in, and water bottles being supplied only on the first day (just two 750ml bottles) with none provided on the second day. Additionally, the floor was slippery, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue was never resolved. Parking also seemed tight on busy days, I even had to park outside once.

Ala beach resort is the best resort in chirala, which not only provides a wonderful ambience with clean swimming pool but also provides delicious food with reasonable price and good quantity for the middle class families.

Room was not clean. Could see flies everywhere and had to ask for everything.

Best resort with the best experience and service by the resort and make my trip made it more easy to check in without any hassle

I chose ALA Beach Resort to celebrate my baby’s 7th birthday, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was full of insects, and it was clear that no proper pre-check or cleaning validation was done before check-in. The TV was not recharged, and even the fans were not working properly. The table fan made a constant loud “dab dab” noise, and when I requested a replacement, they refused, saying rooms were full. For a room costing this was completely unacceptable — we couldn’t even sleep peacefully. Dining Experience: The in-house dining service was terrible. The staff were rude on calls, and though the menu mentioned “Round the Clock” service, the listed items were never available. I ordered bread and omelet for my kids, but they first refused, saying the kitchen was “busy.” After repeated requests, they served it two hours later — something I’ve never experienced anywhere before. Decoration For my child’s birthday, I was directed to an in-house decorator. He shared sample images over WhatsApp, but the actual decoration was nowhere close to what was promised. Overall, this resort seriously lacks basic hospitality, maintenance, and integrity. I would not recommend ALA Beach Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable or family-friendly stay.

Good Hotel for One Time Relaxing with Families,, Very Nice Pool Maintaining Good way, Food Taste was Excellent.. Concern is the Room Power Problem,, & Bachelor & Private parties Running Continuously..

I can definitely say one of the worst experience ever with this resort and right from room cleaning to swimming pool to canteen to staff behavior and everything. It's the pathetic and terrible.

Property, rooms and amenities are average. Food is tasty but service is too slow.

Food is good, location is good. They need to improve from facilities and services perspective. E.g. if room capacity is 2+2, they need to provide 4 towels. Delay in services, language was also an issue. It was difficult to explain the issue as some of the person don't know/understand Hindi or English

Room is very good, satisfied with food , service is also satisfied.... Pool view rooms are good, we enjoyed a lot.... especially the swimming pool is very clean and hygiene...

Will I get my money back?

Worst staff,worst management,worst pool maintenance,unhygienic and tasteless food.room smells like dark rat pockets,very poor facilities with very high cost,rat bite in AC wires in vehicle while parking.altogether experience beyond HELL
