It’s not convenient to stay with families and bathroom are very bad. Food is also not good they are charged 18% gst on food bill also

The place itself is very old and very poorly maintained. Broken furniture’s, mirrors, and they didn’t provide any basic amenities either. The towels that were provided were old and dirty. The water was also very salty. The breakfast provided by them was also very disappointing, very few spread and mainly it was very unhygienic. Overall experience was really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food is just like our home food, the graders and private beach are good. Mainly gap between cottages and view from hall and bedroom (grader view). The main highlight is the private beach where we have privacy and also when rain starts,the property is more greenary. I love the club area.we have a great experience in this resort. My husband and I had a great time. Thank you I had a wonderful birthday at this resort.

The stay and the private beach were good. But the food can be better. They don't have a running restaurant so have to order food upfront with limited options. And the taste of the food is also not great.

The maintenance was very bad.there is no neatness.We have ordered the food for dinner It's not worth the money. The food was not fresh and tasteless. The swimming pool maintenance was not good. There was no proper equipment for indoor games. Overall it's a waste of money

The biggest letdown was the food service—options were limited, and the quality was far from what you’d expect from a resort setting. It felt unorganized and slow, which took away from the relaxing vibe you’d normally hope for on a vacation. Cleanliness was another major issue. The rooms didn’t feel properly maintained, and basic hygiene standards were clearly not up to the mark. Bathrooms were not clean, and the overall upkeep of the property left much to be desired. The place has potential, especially given its location, but it seriously needs improvement in service and cleanliness

They are not maintaining the resort well Tap Knobs were not working in bathroom No hangers in bathroom

The location is too interior(remote) with narrow roads, but you can find private and unexplored beaches, rooms are spacious but wifi is not provided in rooms which is a little disappointing

Nice resort on beach side. Clean beach, less crowd. Food was ok ok, less options for vegetarians.

The best thing is that we get a private beach and a separate villa. The food is also good. One of the best staycation in chirala

Very worst experience we faced there is no restaurant and food is very worst please be careful you will travels with kids and families. The resort building walkway and sorroundings full of water and we and our children walk in water

Except for the food, the rest of the experience was not up to the standards. The rooms are poorly maintained. We had tons of ants in our bathroom and when we raised the issue no one knew what to do. They do have a lovely property but management needs to get more professional on how to maintain rooms and cleaning. The staff is not trained and feel locals are hired without any training. It’s a great attempt to give locals employment but it should go hand in hand with good training. When they came to clean bathrooms they were using the same towels that is used for bathing instead of cleaning cloths. Overall this place is good but management really needs to buck up on training. The staff is polite let me clarify that but they are not trained to run a stay.

3 Disadvantages: 1. Not a beach front nor a near to beach - villas are located in residential plotting and to reach beach you need to drive to new hotel construction and park there walk over 500 metres to get to beach. 2. Villas are owned by individuals and this is managed by resorts very poor. 3. Service is slow as it’s not a resort structure it’s a residential plots few of them offered to construct and rent like airbnb so properties are deserted and orders will be delivered in a cotton box s from the club house kind of structure:)

Property location was good about 500 metres from the sea. You had to drive to the beach near the upcoming hotel and then walk for other 300 metres. The beach was private and very nice. The villas were built beautifully but have not been maintained leading to lot of damages. Also it is not cleaned properly. The acs were not working properly. The staff however was helpful. The food was decent but with limited options.

Good stay and good staff. Rooms and service were good. Especially food was very good. Room boys are very supportive and cooperative

The resort is big but it is poorly maintained. The gardens surrounding are looking like jungle with big and wild grasses. The villas are poorly maintained. The cleanliness is poor. The towels have brown stains on them. The biggest danger i faced was the snake in the room. We found snake in the shoes and luckily poisonous snake did not harm the snake entered inside through the hole in the main door. With this you can understand the maintenance if the villas the swimming pool was very dirty and unhygenic. Instead of chlorine they have put bleaching powder. No proper restaurant in such a big resort. For food we have to tell then 1 hr before. They will order and bring food from outside. Even nothing available for snacks in the evening and only tea was available. Only breakfast buffet was provided in the morning - idli, wada, dosa, pongal with bread butter jam. Even sugar less tea was not available. No wifi in resort with low airtel and jio signals. With all the above issue it was not worth of stat for one day. It was hardly 6-7k worth of stay. Only good thing was the private beach which was clean when we visited for the first time. When we visited next day, it was dirty with beer bottles, left over food and lot plastic waste. Overall a terrible stay which not worth for a day.

Resort : good & spacious rooms: villa excellent swimming pool : large & pool timings are good ( water is bit salty) beach : has private beach access, can go by car or walk till beach. ( also has security guard near parking for safety) night view: if requested starters will be served at beach by arranging tables (need to provide tips for arranging tables on your own interest) location: resort located bit inside but ok ( need to go slow as it's single road) alcohol: better get on your own
