Poor Stay
When we checked in there was no towel we had to request 3 times for towel. Kitchen was not serving dinner we did zomato. Location is very far from mandwa jetty. No spoon so plates no tissue paper. It's a very poor place to stay

Breakfast options are good and sufficient for a good start of the day. Location is close to Taj Resort and in a residencial green area. Varsoli beach is very close which has better landscape and scerene than Alibaugh beach. although Alibaugh beach is also close by. Rooms are spacious and with basic amenities. I recently stayed at this property, which is essentially a 1BHK residential flat that has been converted into a hotel room. The interior space is quite generous — the room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. Two can easily sleep on the bed, and there’s enough room to add extra bedding if needed. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The breakfast options are very limited, and considering the high charges, the value for money is questionable in this aspect. One of the major drawbacks is the location. The property is located about 2–3 km inside from the main road, which makes access a bit inconvenient, especially if you're relying on cabs or traveling with luggage. Additionally, the parking area is quite steep and could be a challenge for some vehicles. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're looking for a spacious room and don’t mind the location and limited breakfast.

Nice and peaceful getaway
Peaceful location, amazing staff and well kept property. There is no big variety in the food menu which is one downside and an AC in the hall would have been good too!
