Food was not good and expensive. Air conditioner was very noise. Rest are good.

Very good experience. Clean and hygienic rooms. The hosts cooked delicious home-cooked meals. A must visit with family. Thal beach is only a 7 mins walk away.

It was a good stay. The owners are very cordial and room was very clean. Prompt services. Food is very good. Home made. The beach is hardly 5 to 7 mints walking distance. Quite and good amibence.

My wife & me booked a 3 night stay at nivaant holidays and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is a couple only stay and the location is very good, away from the city crowd and a 5 minute walk to thali beach, which is never crowded. Long walks on the beach are a real luxary & we did it morning & evening. The rooms are comfortable & clean & the food is good too. Overall the stay was very nice & comfortable & the host was always at hand for any requirement. If we decide on a holiday this side again, this is where we will stay, for sure.

The property is located at a very peaceful place. Only married couples and families are allowed which is the best they have done to maintain the peacefulness of the property. Parking place is quite big. Hospitality service is top notch.Rooms were neat n clean with fully air contioning. Food was great. The ambience of the place was peacefull with full natural vibes. You can enjoy playing carrom,chess. Note:Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited Drinking is allowed inside the room. Do not carry any sound system to this place to maintain it's peaceful environment. One of the best place to realx n chill will recommend to all of you to visit this place without any hesitation.

Nivaant holidays is a great home stay. Wonderful ambience, nice rooms with balcony, lunch and dinner were also tasty. The staff present over there is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who plans on visiting alibaug.

Was with my family for 2 nights at nivaant. Had an excellent stay! one of the best i can say in my alibaug home-stay experiences so far. The family room was spacious and welcoming. The property was professionally managed by family owners, who stay there as well. The inhouse restaurant ensured you get delicious home food you pre-order, served with a smile. The property was just a few mins walk from thali beach, one of the best in maharashtra! the cleanliness and hospitality at the home-stay was top-notch. Will surely visit again!

Location is too far away from city centre. Rooms are very Nice & Cleanly maintained. Hygiene is also very nice. Service was also good. Amenities provided were nice. Talking about the Food Quality of food was Ok. We had booked our room but they have not mentioned about any pre-order food facility on the site. we came to know when we arrived at the Hotel. Hence they should update such information so that customers will know all the details & will plan it accordingly. Also regarding complimentary breakfast there are not lots of variety in menus provided to us. They should add 1 or 2 items in their menu for breakfast. Overall it was nice stay with family. Surroundings & Ambience was really nice. I hope they will check & improve on the above suggestions to provide a better customer experience.

Most beautiful cottage, i have ever seen covered with greenery and spacious. Great for families and group. Staff was very polite and food was excellent. Locality was safe and was in a walking distance to thali beach. It was clean and quite.

We visited for a weekend stay with my family. It was lovely experience, everything was as shared in picture & write up. Wonderful host mr ranade & family. Good help of their caretaker manoj.

The stay was perfectly arranged, clean and hygiene. It is a quiet peaceful place for spending holidays with family. Overall experience was great. Just a suggestion if the check out time can be specifically mentioned and increased would be better.

The surroundings created a great ambience. We stayed in the family room which was clean and spacious. Food was authentic and tasty. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

If you are family then this resort is for you. The owner mans i is very disciplined in her work she personally assisted us during our trip. The hygiene of the rooms is top-notch. Clean bedsheets, clean beds, clean bath and w. C. No stinky smell like other resorts. The campus of the resort is very peaceful. All campus covered with coconut and supari tress. Property is beach side so natural sea wind flows so no need of air conditioner. Food was lovely. They just need to upgrade the food menu. Snacks was tasty. Loved the poha. Thank u mans i madam
