Nice property with levish green surrounding. Food quality is good, staff is co-operative. 8km far from Alibag city, transport is difficult, but hotel arranged required transport.

We recently visited the Ice Apple Resort, it is the place to spend time with your family. The rooms are clean. The staff are polite and helpful(very kind). The food was awesome both veg and non veg. my son enjoyed it a lot, in play area and swimming pool. I highly recommend this place.

Kettle missing, hair dryer missing, room was not cleaned found one insect, food was good.

Location is not good. Too far from the main road. Food is good but too much costly. Service was good means from the boys. When i enter the premises, no one carry my luggage and the receiption counter is on thr first floor. Owner was not helpful. Speaking friendly but denied all the requests. His man refused to spray water on my car when he gave water to the plants. And the water supply was very poor in the bathroom. I paid rs. 11, 000- for two nights which was very high and that resort is not so worth it. Avoid going there.

There were power cuts frequently in a day, and didn’t maintain the essentials at bathroom, handwash, toothpaste, shower gel was missing, door didn’t have lock, ac was not working properly. Good was tasty and good in quantity

Our stay at ice apple alibaug was average. While the cottage itself was good, we found it to be quite small. It felt more like a bungalow area with some extensions. Overall, the experience could have been better.

Our stay for a long weekend at ice apple resort was relaxing and pleasant. This property is a cozy little resort 15 min drive from nagaon beach. With a swimming pool right in front of the cottages and lots of trees and lush green lawn, it set our mood for a relaxing stay. Food is tasty but overpriced. Rooms are clean, well maintained with a sitout area overlooking lawn n pool. Garden also has slide, swing n see saw for kids. Adding more amenities will be better. Overall its value for money.

This is extremely overpriced and it did not justify the rating or pricing in any ways, if the cost is 50% lower than what they are charging it would be a good choice. The property is well maintained, clean, supportive management (not junior staff. Negative is price, distance from beach, nothing much to offer apart from a stay. Paying premium price is fine when it gives equal value but it’s nothing more than just a normal clean stay. Kindly focus on better pricing. Also family room has a very small beds for two & blanket is also single. Very uncomfortable has to argue thrice to get additional blankets which was a surprise considering the amount they charge.

Stay was excellent. Since it was mid of week we were only guest at the resort. The resort is small with only 8 rooms but it is nicely maintained and clean. Swimming pool water was clean and up to standard although the depth was only 4 feet in water. The staff is excellent n cater to your services with optimum efficiency. Nevertheless room service was also excellent n food items are delivered to your rooms without delay.

The resort offers great service, tasty food, and a charming atmosphere. While it's a short drive from the beach (approximately 15 minutes by car, its secluded location adds to its tranquility. However, the strict adherence to check-in and check-out times was a minor inconvenience; a bit of flexibility with the checkout time would have been appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a small suggestion for improvement.
