shabby environment rooms were full of mosquito and were were smelly rooms non AC rooms were very hot terrible experience

It was awesome property and the management was also very very good and helpful and very kind and supportive. So yeah, overall had a great experience and I'll suggest to if you are in this book this one.

Good hotel with big room with AC, no room services. No service counter. The pillow was hard, blanket wasn’t provided. Over all nice stay

As stated by many travelers, the hospitality of naveen ji was great, the room is around 800mts from the temple main gate which is walkable and rooms are also great with complimentary toiletries.

Good staying option in budget. Rooms were spacious, hygienic and cleanly maintained. Worth the amount.

Very poor ac and no response to our repeated requests. Restaurant is not available and this hotel is in a far flung area away from the rest. Only point of solace was the owner was sweet tongued.

Location is good, food service is from outside, amenities are good. Suggestions- window net may be provided in non ac rooms to save from mosquitoes.

Stay was okay. I am not happy about the checkin time restrictions (12 pm to 12 pm. It really created problem for us to fresh-up in the morning. Also this property is 1 km away from the centre of city which is additional burden. Overall cleanliness and maintenance of property is okay. Thank you

Nice rooms for stay and good price with respect to the location of the hotel. Curteous staff. Good ambience in the evening. The location is in a very peaceful beach not over crowded or under crowded. Just the hotel location on google maps is a problem. It takes you to palolem beach instead of the real place which is patnem beach.

It near by shiva temple just few min of walking distance…food facilities are nice and staff as well……
