Quite a sad experience
Worst experience of a hotel. it should be called as a dharamshaala at max. broken beds.full of mosquitoes. zero professionalism. they are trying to manage a workload beyond their capacity and then for every complaint they will have the same reason that their workload is too much.even breakfast you will need to go to the kitchen and serve yourself else it will be almost lunch time when you will finish your breakfast because of their poor service. everyone from owner to receptionist will talk to you as if they are doing some favour to you by giving their hotel room at more than double the price. and I am referring to post kumbh mela period imagine if we would have gone during peak period i.e. kumbh mela.

Stay was just average. Only to be used in emergency type situation. Not for any comfortable stay as linens were not good. Bathrooms are below average

Terrible stay experience
soloWorst experience ever. Terrible room status, very unclean and hygienic stay. The room service didn’t come to clean the room not even a single day out of four day of my stay. The hotel owner was extremely rude for no reason in every single request. So sooo unprofessional. The corridors no one bothered to clean

Terrible Stay
Management was pathetic. No one responded to any customer and service and food was awful. It was a terrible experience for me and my family. People were only asking for tips for doing the smallest things. Not worth it.

Not worth
Room and soroundins are not hygienic. Everywhere there was a some sort bad smell. Services are totally not up to the mark. No call bell or intercom to call the room service person.

Hotel stay
1. In centre of city. 2. Good rooms. 3. Airy environment out each room. 4. Good generater service. 5. Dining good at good cost. 6. Staff hygiene less. 7. Hot blower/ tv cable weak very small tv. Overall rating 7/10 you may go for it.

One wall of the room was damp. Room service was idle. Hot water for bath was not available. Food charges were reasonable. Overall experience was average.

Hotel okay, fooding worst
No room cleaning. Meal quility worst, imferior even than a chep road side hotel, and rate of star hotel. One can take hotel, but never try to take meal
