Review Of 10th Milestone Resort

Room was moist and smelly. Geyser was not there. Room cleaned by staff when requested.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was not clean when I checked in – the bedsheets looked used and the bathroom had stains. The staff was good. Basic amenities like WiFi and hot water were either not working properly or very unreliable. For the price charged, the quality and service were nowhere near acceptable.

Location is good just beside the Highway. Food quality is good and under reasonable price. Service is the worst ever I have experienced. No person in the reception. People what commit didn't keep the same. Billing person Mr. Partha behavior is the worst. We have been committed during check in that our breakfast will be complimentary but during check out they billed our breakfast. That also they had billed 4 no rooms breakfast bill in 2 no of rooms. When confronted, Mr. Partha said "You are bound to pay the same and who had committed for complementary breakfast that is not considerable" Will never stay at this hotel again and will never recommend to anyone further.

Reception staff very Bad.

Room is very shabby, ceiling is very low feeling like sleeping in a garage, no shaving kits, no tea bags provided in the room. Wall papers of room is torn giving very bad feeling. Room service is also poor. Room ambience is very bad for cost we paid.

Food was hygienic and awesome! stay quality is good! quality of room was nice ! cleanliness was good!

Hotel was nice and staff was nice and room was maintained well!

It was booked as ac deluxe room but it was never mentioned that they are going to give us room at basement. It was horrible there was no ventilation. Lock was not working properly as well commode flush of toilet was not working properly. There was none to hear your complaints if someone hear it but there is no one to resolve.

As per me, only the location of the 10th milestone resort is good, other than that, the service they provided is not at all good, the gadgets in the room are all very old & not working properly. The room service workers are not cleaning room regularly. The resort never cleaned our washroom. Hence, i am very much disappointed regarding my stay in theis high priced resort. Regards

They have given very less attention to us. Room not cleaned and had foul order everywhere. Rooms had no window. They have given the ground floor rooms which are of low value. No complementary water was given. No cups, no tea bags given. Beds and pillow were hard. A party were going on and almost every employee were busy attending them. One staff were available but his behaviour r were very rough, unprofessional and uncooperative. The party were on almost the whole night and loud sounds were hard almost the whole night. It was a horrible stay for us. Will not visit this place again.

Hotel location is very good. On the way to jamshedpur. Also side scenery is excellent. Food quality was also good

Rooms were not properly furnished lacked maintenance. Room service was poor as you have to move out of the rooms to order some thing. Electric kettle was present but tea pouches were given later on. Minibar fridge out of order

No security, privacy issues, terrible service.

The hotel was only good looking. The customer service of the hotel was too much poor. All the stuff of this hotel was too much careless.

Hotel service and accommodation was very prompt.

1. Nobody at reception. Room phone didn't work was not replaced even after raising a concern. 2. Smelling bathroom. No towels and no complementary mineral water. 3. Old rooms with defective stuff, outside lawn etc good. Breakfast service good. Rooms and room service pathetic.
