Photos given was inaccurate and the list of amenities was improper. Overall the property has poor maintenance and does not worth the rate.

We booked 2 rooms as we were 2 families. Property was average but the rooms which we got was horrible. The entrance stairs were beside jungle and it was too scary. Sounds of insects/animals were coming and we had to leave 1 day before the planned check out date and our money got wasted.

There is no swimming pool, gym, any of the amities mentioned. No security and no restaurant. Totally waste of money.

The location was easily accessible. It was a very nice stay. The Hospitality was good and the service was considerate. But the room was quite small. Else this budget-friendly property is a recommendable one for everyone.

Terrible Stay

Did not stay there despite paying advance. Got a shock seeing the place. Pictures and place don't match, the room shown to us was very small, it was 10 km from the main Town although it was written on the website that it was 6 km. The location looked unsafe. The behavior of manager Rajesh was not satisfactory, there was no reception area. We had to loudly call out if anyone was Around. We had to leave the place out of disgust and after an hour we found a room in Madikeri Town. Due to Weekend rush, it was not easy to find a room. We trusted MakeMyTrip and did the booking. I request MMT please block this place from your list. It is a double story house, not a resort. I have already made two complaints on a pm to make my trip regarding this place. Please refund the amount I have paid. The amount being charged is way higher than what this place is Worth.

Good service and location. Tendency of rooms accumulating mud is high due as there is no concrete finish. Pool was not in working condition. Cable TV wasn't working either.
