Great hotel with wonderful anbience and direct access to dreamlike beach However, front desk did not manage to get our finished before 2. 5 hrs after our arrival at 1pm and restaurant staff was poorly organised. Pool facilities and staff friendliness there were superb

The check in time was 3pm, but we were made to wait till 3:45 pm. Wharf was located in a scenic place, but the seafood wasn't that great. The Marina in Nungambakkam serves better seafood options with better preparations options. Overall rating cannot be more than 2. 5/5.

This is a place that can be described as a pleasant get-away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby crowded metropolis. Service needs to be quicker. The excuse that the kitchen is too far from the rooms is getting old. Please get more buggies for room service, etc.

This resort should be one of the best resort on the ECR. Most things about the resort are very good. It is a very very huge property. Infact to go from one block to 2nd block, they have buggies, since the distance is very much. The resort also has an awesome infinity pool. The other pool which is very huge (I am told it is 250 m long) is also breathtaking. Overall the stay here was very nice. Any downsides - yes, the food is very very expensive & the rooms on block 2 are really isolated from the main resort.
