Disputed property , no one was there when we visited on 26-Dec. There were guards told that property has some legal issue

Very good hotel for family. I stayed there nights. breakfast was excellent. Food quality and behaviour of staff very nice.

This property was booked by us for having a relaxing weekend and the objective is achieved. The place is soothing and the white n blue combo makes it unique.

- i recently stayed with my family here. - the location of the hotel is awesome. - but, the hotel rooms need maintenance and makeover. There were cockroaches in the room, drawers were jammed, fan always works on the highest speed, refrigerator had rust inside it, hotel wifi keeps on disconnecting. One thing i must say the staff was very polite and helpful and quick service. Food was good.

The experience was not at all satisfactory. The condition of room was very bad. Only one ceiling fan was functioning. No hot water as geyser not working. But the behavior of all the employees was superb. Be it the house keeping staff or the restaurant staff

I had an amazing stay. The staff is courteous, food is delicious and the pool view with the sea in front adds to the charm.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded

Worst experience ever. Checked in with family. All rooms interior is old and not even maintained. Broken tiles in washroom. Bathroom seats, flush leaking and broken. Even much worst part is the insects roaming all around in more. Cockraoches roaming freely on bed and walls. Ants, spiders roaming on walls. No service for breakfast. Terrible experience. Location also not that suitable for 4 wheelers. Too narrow street. Not recommend at all. Just on the name of sea side hotel it is a fraud with the money spent. Got much better experience in other hotels with less money near to same location.

Nice place to stay. Basic amenities and friendly staff. Some maintenance is going on so you will see less crowd and comfortable

I had a really great experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with easy access—it felt almost private! The new pool is such a nice addition, and I loved hanging out there. Last time I was here, the property was being renovated, and I can see the improvements everywhere. The food has gotten much better, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Even though they’re still finishing some renovation, they’re doing a good job of making sure guests aren’t disturbed.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Perfect location, right on the beach. Even the restaurant is facing beach which is a treat. Clean and neat swimming pool. Rooms were spacious. I enjoyed every moment there. Special words for mr. Darshan, chef who went extra miles to have great food experience. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway

This hotel is a gem! the beach is right there, and it’s so quiet that it feels like it’s just for you. There’s some work happening, but honestly, it didn’t affect my stay one bit. The new swimming pool is awesome. The food was great, and the staff really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Especially, mr. Darshan, chef was very cooperative. Can’t wait to return

I just got back from an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—literally right on the beach, and it felt like I had my own private spot by the ocean. The new pool is fantastic, such a great place to relax. When I stayed here last time, the hotel was under renovation, and I’m happy to say the upgrades are really impressive. The food has also gotten so much better since my last visit, and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Even though there’s still some renovation going on, they made sure it didn’t bother me at all. Definitely coming back!"

It was a wonderful stay. very nice view. staff ( Sanjay, Ajay) are friendly and helpful. food options are great. I would suggest to include breakfast atleast while booking. worth every rupees.

Location and staff is good supportive. Yash manager helped us to upgrade the property witouth any extra amount thanks but the rooms are not well maintained I found cockroaches on fridge and other parts

Amazing stay at qees. Gm was very helpful and he had ensured we had a pleasant stay. Property was under renovation but that was clearly communicated. I have seen the renovation and pool looks great, just a few weeks away. Qees will be my go to place in goa

Very poor quality room never expected such room from mmt and i will never suggest anyone to stay at the property

Though it's old property the ambience and location was good. Especially the service over there was good.
