Treebo Dreamworld

The stay was comfortable. Clean rooms and good food were the highlights of the hotel. The staff was courteous. The only concern was there should have been more options of food items in the Menu card.

It was a good stay room was clean properly, quick response too. Point of improvement is Telephone was not working and Shower top need to fix for the room which was given to us apart from this all good.

There is no operation restaurant in the hotel, they should have improve this . No geyser in washroom too

Service is good. Staff also very supportive and helpful. But i have one suggestion for you please increase your breakfast item. Thank you !

This was a harrowing experience for me and my family i booked this hotel but the staff was not professional, hotel owner and manager was handling things on call, bedsheets were dirty, rooms unclean, no hot water and no wifi connectivity never ever suggesting anyone to book here

Average hotel, average room and average food but hotel location is good. But safe for family so i suggest this hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean. If the purpose is to stay night is good, not kind of resort where you can spent time, breakfast start time is too late 9 am and not good options, quality of food is not good.

My feedback is related to mmt, not treebo. I wanted to cancel my booking but mmt's customer care didn't even recognise my booking id. I could connect only thru inst a but by that time it was too late. They boast of 100 refund, but when i asked, they said it's non refundable though treebo said they would have refunded full amount of it was booked directly thru them

I will stay dream world hot-tel i will filling so good and great service. Me be happy and healthy fresh rooms. So thanks again

Price as compared to stay rooms and area is very high and except breakfast food was terrible. Facility is neat and clean for stay

Rooms as compared to price very expensive... Dinner food was terrible, but breakfast was fine...WiFi not working initially, but next day started working..pictures and actual stay at dreamworld is completely different ...

Everything in room was nice and kept in proper places but warm water was not available for morning bath. Frequent power tripped during night. Location and ambience was beautiful. The kitchen staff was supportive. Kindly confirm driver's stay before booking as we paid 500 bucks extra during check in for the driver.

Good service but electricity problem in hotel if electricity is gone then restore time is around 15 minutes not restore automatically

Good clean and comfortable rooms, but service was slow and no lifts. Not suggested for elders. Terrace kitchen staff are good and polite. Room service staff was unprofessional.

The hotel rooms were nice, good ventilation, and the bathrooms were clean. Less food options were available for breakfast and snacks. Rooftop restaurant needs roof covering because it's difficult to sit there in the afternoon due to harsh sun rays.

Property has a great view of the valley & the mountains across. Since the property was new, everything did seem clean and the washrooms had a good choice of matte gray tiles. I booked an ac room, however my booking apparently came at the same time they were checking in a walk-in customer. Because of this they did not have an ac room available - which is understandable. However, they should have called up in advance to let me know the same - but no call was made & i got to know only after reaching the property. Thankfully the weather was very pleasant & i actually didn't need the ac so it was fine. Treebo also offered to waive off the tarriff which was great customer service.

It was pretty average stay, location is not that great, buffet food were shown in pictures but it was not there, hotel was not upto the mark as it's star rating provided

I got a horrible room with lot of water proofing issues, i asked the carer taker of the property to give me the room next door he said pay 500 rs more i'll give the room, which was the same category room i prepaid for. However, i dint like to pay since i already did for the same category room, and i said i'll put a review, the property owner say go ahead do what you want, which is not a good behaviour, i left the room by 4:30 and got an amazing room by the help of mm t & treebo, in treebo trend glenvista, which is a great placee to stay, you can anytime compare. Would suggest you not to waste your time or money behind this cheap location and cheap owner mentality of 500 rs.

Hotel is stay was very good. The room are small and they have keeps it clean. We had booked standard room but the mountain view room are very good. The restaurant food is tasty and reasonable price. The hotel stay was very polite and helpful l as well.
