Pleasant hotel to visit. Room was well kept and had good space. Staff was accommodating with my schedule throughout.

very bad experience, staff behaved terribly, given a dirty room and I requested another room which was also not very clear but manageable, the staff started arguing thag why did I sat on the bed when I asked for change. Also no toiletries provided on asking for handwash staff said we only provide a soap and shampoo packet, nothing separately for handwash. No water bottle was provided. The phone extension was also not working and even after payinh extra for late checkout I couldn't sleep properly bcz the staff keep on banging the door of other guests who were not opening the door and it disturbed my sleep

This hotel is perfect for families. The staff were patient with our kids and very helpful. Room was big and comfortable. We had such a wonderful time together.

I did not find the Location of the hotel,its a wrong location they have showed, even manager did nt pick up phone,i have tried lots of time, i had to book another hotel.....its my prepaid booking..as i could not stay here..i want my refund back .. requesting everyone not to book in this hotel.. please.... faurd one..

Hotel ink is not available on the location and no one is contactable only the support was given by make my trip and replaced the hotel on immediate basis which was very helpful and supportive

There were cleanliness issues in room. Found cockroaches on bed and cupboard. Bed was dirty. Cigerate smell was there in room and bathroom. Somehow we spent the night as we were very late for check in. Not good for family.

Great truble regarding confirmation we book for 3 adult from my trip but hotel confirm 2 adult we have to pay extra money this is chiting with us we have to spend for sortout this problem our trip intrupte
