Last moment cancel happened from hotel side

Don’t trust these people. They are not reachable and if we try to contact last moment, not possible. In my case makemytrip representative able to get another hotel within very short time. I came to know this booking canceled couple of hours back on the way to ooty. Though i booked this guest house 5 days before.
