Not too bad, as was given out in other reviews. But food is very average and service is just about average. Not really a three star.

Very bad experience. Even if the breakfast is part of the deal they did not provide the same to my kid stating it includes only adult. subject to limitation that only 4 piece of bread and one omlet per person. any thing extra will be charged.

This is not Parsian palace houseboat the owner changed the houseboat because the Persian is full from guests and he shifted us to other houseboat. Its scary we are alone very bad experience.

Rooms and view from the house boat was really very good. Food was not up to the mark. Break fast was particularly very bad.

It was good time spent in Dal lake and in the house boat. Its wonderful experience. Interior was impressive and the way host serves is quite good. Good time and good memories. I would like to recommend Parsian for next stay. Great thanks guys.

Me and my family stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful Houseboat with the location in the heart of the dal lake. All the staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold. Heating system was very good. In a nutshell I recommend everybody to stay in this beautiful Houseboat, but never go through Makemytrip, quite a conundrum they created for ourselves as soon we arrive. They cancelled our bookings as soon we checked into the hotel, even though I had the valid confirmed vouchers and even though I paid the money they cancelled my bookings. I tried to contact customer service but no help, it was like Makemytrip stranded us in a different place or worse but we stayed in the houseboat because I had payed the money and I had my confirmed vouchers. Rest the trip was amazing, everything about kashmir is amazing. It truly is the heaven on earth. A must visit place but never go through Makemytrip. Choose other portals like cleartrip etc. I hope to visit the valley soon again.

We booked two rooms for five of us for 29 and 30 Oct 2015. The welcome was rude. Owner behaved strangely. Every service was only on asking. Caretaker Gulzar was behaving suspiciously. Breakfast included in package was as good as nothing. Transit arrangement to land was poor. All should avoid this hotel as far as possible.

Persian Palace of Houseboats is a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay. House boat is very neat and clean, attended staff is good. Owner zahoor is a nice human being and cooperative person. Only is the single negative point that the food taste is very bad. [not quality]hunger sleep is better than houseboat food taste. Houseboat is very excellent only for stay.
