MountView Pahalgam

The MountView Pahalgam was at an excellent location. Overlooking the lidder river and mountains with snow peaks. Absolutely scenic and tranquil. I am wondering why their review score is 3.8 at mmt. This deserves a 4+ score definitely. The restaurant served excellent food quality with equally cordial service. Staff was amazingly decent and ready to help. Showcasing true Kashmiri hospitality. The bathroom had Kohler fittings and sanitary ware and quite clean. Rooms were big with a sofa / bed on the window with a beautiful view of the lidder and mountains. Unfortunately we reached the MountView Pahalgam on the day of the terror attack. Could feel that the entire staff was in a state of shock and mourning.

Hotel location is amazing, close to mountains, river and at the same time close to market. Property is bit old therefore you find some wear and tear in your room and washroom. little lack of maintenance. staff was good, helpful. Overall it was good experience but could be excellent.

Mountview at Pahalgam is an excellet abode to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and extremely cooperative. The view from the room is highly scenic and pleasant.The food there is very delicious. We really enjoyed the stay there.

The experience was excellent. The staff was cordial. The location of the MountView Pahalgam and the outside view was simply breathtaking…. Mountains with lush green thick forest, lidded river and bright sunshine. Highly recommended!!

Had an excellent stay in their suite. Had stayed in the same room in past and it was just more better this time. The staff was polite and gentle as always making it the MountView Pahalgam’s backbone.

Property is good near bus stand rooms r good with good mountain view n breath taking valley view... Food is excellent ....only what we missed was Airconditioner in this hot climate ..overall highly recommended..!
