Regarding hotel

At the time of booking you show a hotel and after booking, I get another hotel. I was booked a hotel Nohas Guest House in Goa, walking distance shown 3 min from the beach but I get Nohas Ark Guest House which was 1.5 Km from beach. Very unfortunate.

Washing area too small. Hotel manager is not giving fresh towel, ever day he say we give only 1 towel for 3 days.

Rooms were dirty, bed was full of ants and room was full of mosquitoes, when I asked for cleaning, the receptionist told it is clean only can't do more. So in the end the booking was cancelled and thanks to MakeMyTrip, they took immediate action and helped in the cancellation for booking.
