Staff was friendly and helpful.

No amenities available in room and sealed water bottle was also not available..
No packed water bottle available and toilet paper also.

Location is OK but nothing happening in surrounding, parking is on the road, like a rural type surrounds. Late night emergency check-in and the staff was cooperative. Had to park car on the road as the parking at entrance gate can accommodate 2 cars which was full. Food was good which was served as complementary breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Air conditioned. Room gets locked every time receptionist to be called for unlocking as the card is in their possession.

Room is nice, service is good, location is also very good. I love to stay in this hotel. Very good. Suggest you to choose this hotel. Suggest, strong suggest. My friend, it is really a very good choose.

It's good stay ... Service and stap is good, location is very good its located on golf course road but now little inconvenience due to sector road construction. Nice stay, I recommend to go this hotel. Good hotel

If you want to purchases anything their is no shop near about it, its not a commercial building, it is a home. Hotel staff is not well trained. And not professional, in breakfast they give only bread and tea and we demand aallo paranta but they are unable to give.

Pathetic hotel. Stale food and bad room conditions. Over that staff is very rude and for them doesn't matter how much discomfort the customer gets because of their room conditions. I stayed their for two days. Rooms walls are really in bad state and over that if you ask for the AC remote staff's response is there is no AC remote and the temperature is fixed. You can not switch off the AC and can not change the temperature. No toletaries given in the bathroom and food is too expensive with zero quality.

I booked the room in Kartik hotel in April, 16. The location was pathetic, in the middle of almost nowhere. They charged for drinking water and nobody cares for you in this hotel. Call to reception for anything and they will take alteast 30-45 minutes to send someone. They shut off the electricity after 3 am saying that light has gone, even though generator is there. I mean, worst of the worst stay. I came out from there at 5 am because of feeling suffocation and hot.

Very difficult to find the place as people around are unaware and there's no sign board or anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if makemytrip refers such place then I must tell travellers to be careful of what makemytrip recommends as it's pretty clear they themselves don't know what they are referring to travellers. Travellers book with a faith that makemytrip would not misguide them but I was proved wrong. Was totally misguided by makemytrip.
