Poor experience

It seems hotel come again badi. When there was load shedding at 1 am after 5 minutes generator was started and you can't sleep with those heavy sount. It was too noisy. Also at 3 am when there was another load-shedding the childrens were shouting whole night. There was no one to start power backup.
