“Comfort in the Clouds – Jai Hotels, Darjeeling” My stay at Jai Hotels in Darjeeling was a truly relaxing experience. The property was nice, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly spacious, offering just the kind of comfort you hope for in the hills. The rooms had a minimalist charm with large windows that let in the mountain light, creating a cozy and peaceful vibe throughout. Located close to the main town yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were polite and attentive, and the overall ambience felt warm, safe, and welcoming. We booked the JAI HOTELS only for the stay. A lot of food joints are within walkable distance, so are Darjeeling Mall and Observatory View Point. The rooms were well maintained and the staff were very courteous. It was a cozy place to come back to, after every walk through the city.

Positive - Good JAI HOTELS, Comfortable stay, Prime location, All basic amenities provided. Negative - Didn't provide a mountain or city view room, there was another building in front of windows. Food was costly.

Good location in market place area with lift, good room servicing although 10-12 min walking from mall road. Food was very average. Overall worthy to stay. Satisfied.

Jai Hotel and Restaurant are both costly. Hence there is a need to keep the prices moderate. Despite the room being costly, fan and AC are not available in them.

Excellent location, outstanding disiplane and excellent cleanliness, staff behaviour is also very good and the rooms have a lot of space as well.

The location is too good. All the facilities are available. All our rooms are too clean. Room no 510 and 502 was a mountain view . Good service quality.
