Hotel is very average quality. There is no facility of proper room service. Hotel staff behavior is quite OK. Room is not so clean. Overall not good type.

Hotel is located on the mall Road. The location is simply excellent. It's spacious property. Owner Mr Hari is extremely helpful and kind. Garden in the premises and ample parking space is the icing on the cake.

Good hotel with open and wonderful views. Excellent location, in two minutes you are on heart of mall road. Once inside the Hotel premises it is quite and peaceful with lawn and mountain views. The openness is asset of this hotel. A very friendly atmosphere, good food and good service. Will surely come and stay again.

Our room was quite big and in a good place. Hotel is also situated on main market road (mall road) just 1.5 km from Mussoorie bus station.

Location wise it is the best hotel. Big parking but the rooms and bathrooms are not worth living. Imagine the toilet seat in the bathroom of room no 14 C has been fitted downside up making it impossible for a person to sit on it. Rooms and room facilities are pathetic.

Never book this hotel picture they show on site and actual room are totally different. I don't know how MMT verify this hotel? I will never book any hotel room from make my trip because when you complaint anything to MMT they can't help.

Unprofessional uncooperative people serving very bad service location was also not good no facilities were provided rooms were totally different from the once shown in the photos it is better if you call it a lodge rather than hotel

Good at location point of view. Little dirty because of free drinking area outside room seems little awkward. Scope of improvement is very high. Mall road is near and can walk down several number of times.

I visited this hotel when Mussoorie hits the most crowd. Rooms are very OK type but are clean. Best thing is parking. Hotel situated at the end of mall road and at a very prime location. Everything on mall road is quite accessible from this hotel. Service and staff is too good and is of helping nature. Got complimentary breakfast which I not buffet but was well prepared and tasty.

Hotel at best location of Mussoorie mall road is the heart of Mussoorie. Hotel VIKAS with parking facility. Behaviour of staff very rude food quality is average. But dirty rooms. Market is near the hotel. Is good. Food average. Dirty smell from bathroom

Hotel is at good location but lacks some facilities like no intercom. Room was not clean at all. Even there was no soap, towel provided by them at night we call them via there ph number they said you haven't got after an hour there bring both. But towel provided by them was not good condition. Bedsheet was ripped and shrunk. And room was totally untidy. Extra bed was also not provided as we have paid extra for it.

Room's condition was average. Washrooms were not as expected. Geyser was not working. Staff members were polite. Food was average. Good hotel for Solo or couple travellers but will not suggest for family.
