Its a nice home stay near by the Cochin Airport, with pickup service. Rooms are neat and clean. We were provided with authentic kerala breakfast. All this at a very low rate.

Clean accommodation, value for money.

Everything about the homestay is satisfying. The owner is very friendly, and he pick you up and drop you at the Cochi Airport if you need. Highly recommended.

Noisy as construction is going on on upper floor Rooms are good and big cleaned as well but not sure why these are stinky might be due to construction on upper floor. Host is good provided Airport drop

Stayed for a night on 14th of January 2020, the place is near Cochin Airport, nearby market is only 500 to 600 meters away, the rooms are spacious and clean and budget friendly, the best thing about the stay, what I feel is the owner, who is very helpful. Highly recommend for families.

First of all I want to clear that this is not a hotel, its a home away from the home. I was stayed last night there room and bathroom clean, linen also neat and clean. Surrounding areas very peace full, food is not available but good quality restaurants are there on walking distance. Airport is very near approx one km only.

Overall it was an excellent experience with Chael Homes, Cochin. Location wise it was outer from Cochin, we stayed there because it was nearer to the Airport. The room was clean and maintained, they provide food from outside which we ordered. That was also fine in taste.

The location was very convenient. The host himself attended us, he is very polite and courteous. He arranges the food from a nearby restaurant, the food quality was good. The surroundings were very peaceful. This is the strongly recommended property for others. Overall it was a great experience.

Very happy to stay here as it was worth the money paid. A clean room was given with good facility. Humble and polite staff. In a nutshell excellent stay.

Overall it was a wonderful trip with my friends. The location was too good and surrounded by a peaceful area. The food was really delicious provided by them. The owner is very courteous and he felt us very secured during the stay although we were a group of girls on the trip. He provided the Airport pick and drop facility that is why we have located the property very easily for the first time. This is a highly recommended property for others. Overall it was a great stay.

Good and peaceful stay at an affordable price near the Airport

Nice place to stay but the parking problem was there. They have a narrow parking area and it was difficult for me to Park and bring out my car. Light system was also not good.

Peaceful stay. Cleanliness and water is awesome.
